Due to our adherence to our proven systems and our strong network of partners, unlike many of our peers we’re not suffering from financial setbacks in the wake of COVID-19 and related market changes.
We’re continuing to look for new projects, we continue to have a strong financial backing, and our goal is to keep our team and our partners busy, so that we can keep everyone busy with a steady stream of work in these challenging times.

We’re a Twin Cities company that works hard to find the best homes to get under contract, to buy & to remodel.
We find property owners that have a problem that they need solved, whether that’s a need to sell a house that will require immediate repairs, to sell quickly to settle probate on an inherited property, to generate cash right away for unexpected expenses, to help avoid foreclosure, or to expedite a divorce - then we help to provide them with the best solution to their problem.
When our job pipeline is full, we then sell these proven, profitable opportunities to other redevelopers in our partner network to ensure that the property owner can get their needs met, and to provide the next great job for our colleagues, so that everybody can win!

Our team leverages a unique combination of experience & insight, proven strategies, emerging tools & technologies, a broad network of partners at both national & local levels, and a community-focused business approach to help us find the right sellers and the right properties at the right time.
We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to changing conditions & to support the needs of our partners and clients. As a result, early on, we found ways to safely continue to work during the COVID-19 quarantine, leveraging remote communication tools, and we adapted our way of conducting business throughout all phases of the buying, fixing, and selling processes to keep everyone safe while still getting things done quickly and effectively.
Post COVID-quarantine, we continue to leverage the best technologies and communication tools, conducting virtual & in-person meetings to provide maximum flexibility for our clients and our team.
