About
IMN Homes LLC
We are an urban renewal company based out of the Twin Cities that buys distressed properties, renovates them and sells them for a profit.
We help homeowners move on to the next chapter of their lives, improve the value of neighborhoods, support local businesses through partnerships, contribute to local communities, and support local charities.
We use a data-driven but compassionate approach to find and buy distressed and outdated homes, then we renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords.
IMN Homes specializes in revitalizing these types of properties and breathing new life and style into them to equip them for modern living and convenience for today’s families.
We re-develop a large number of single and multi-family properties throughout the Twin Cities with the intention of providing solutions for owners of distressed and outdated properties, improving MN lives, neighborhoods & communities, and facilitating home ownership.
Knowledgeable. Committed. Fast. Reliable.
IMN Homes LLC represents investors that buy homes for cash. We then remodel and resell these properties. As investors, we have access to both:
the financial backing needed to offer cash for houses, and
the systems and partnerships in place to make things happen fast, avoiding hassles
Speed is money, so the faster we can find, buy, remodel, and resell properties, the more successful we are.
Our success depends on our ability to find profitable opportunities and make guaranteed cash offers, then move quickly on them, preventing any delays.
We’re masters at cutting through anything that gets in the way, and rapidly moving forward. If you need to sell a distressed or outdated house fast or know someone who does, give us a call. We can help navigate any difficulties and provide options to solve the homeowner’s problem.

IMN Homes in the community
Local Impact
As local Twin Cities natives, the IMN Homes team is dedicated to helping improve the Twin Cities communities. Through our residential redevelopment efforts, we solve individual homeowner’s financial problems, we increase the quality and property values of our neighborhoods, we put money into the local economy by generating new business and hiring local contractors, we generate income and pay taxes in the cities in which we work, and we partner with the local community governments and civic organizations to help improve and increase accessibility to the homeowner experience, frequently for first-time homeowners.
Charitable Organizations
We are committed to giving back both nationally and to the Twin Cities communities in which we work and live. In addition to partnering with the local county and cities to weigh in on topics such as zoning, urban renewal & revitalization, and increasing the value and safety of homes and neighborhoods, we give back to non-profit organizations whose goals align with our own. Habitat for Humanity is one of these - it is an outstanding non-profit organization across the United States, and with a strong local presence here in the Twin Cities.
Because of this, annually we donate a percentage of our profits to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity to help them in their efforts to build the quality of life, health, & economic prosperity of the seven-county metro region by producing, preserving, and advocating for affordable homeownership, making a difference in people’s lives.
Additionally, we work through FortuneBuilders Gives, an organization passionate about giving back, supporting charities, & seeking volunteering opportunities to give back to local communities. In 2019 alone, FortuneBuilders Gives coordinated a series of overwhelmingly successful coat drives, and donated 167,300 lbs of food to local foodshelfs throughout the United States, helping to provide food and clothing to those in need, in addition to shelter.
